Product Manager
We are on the lookout for a driven Product Manager to become part of our rapidly growing Product Practice. In this role, you will work with exceptional digital talent from various disciplines to create innovative, user-centric solutions for our diverse range of clients across multiple industries.

As a Product Manager at Palladium your responsibilities will include to:
- Collaborate closely with the Product Lead to help define, deliver, and manage digital product strategies for our clients that align with user needs, client requirements, and broader industry trends.
- Align product development with client objectives, ensuring that the product roadmap reflects business goals. This includes identifying key features, prioritising them based on business impact, and overseeing their implementation.
- Oversee digital product implementation, acting as the key product decision maker on projects, responsible for the ongoing management of the product backlog and maintaining open, consistent communication of decisions, achievements and issues with the broader Programme team and client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working closely with diverse groups consisting of product, technology, quality assurance, and design representatives to translate client needs into robust, user-centric solutions, while fostering effective communication and cooperation.
- Create high-quality output for clients that is impactful, meaningful, and inspiring, ranging from written reports, customer journey maps, product roadmaps to digital products that meet client objectives.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with your clients and identify and act on opportunities within projects for on-sell and up-sell and contribute to the development of new business proposals and propositions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement: manage and mentor junior product team members, promoting a learning culture. Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product improvements on implementation programmes.
- Continuously hone your knowledge of Product Management techniques as well as the broader digital and technology landscape and apply this to client projects as well as internal company development to contribute to the ongoing growth of Palladium.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience of:
- Degree in business or information technology related field or equivalent commercial experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management and Delivery, including digital transformation programmes, with a firm understanding of product management, agile methodologies, and architectural and engineering principles.
- Experience of working in a project-based environment including exposure to the full product and solution delivery lifecycle from ideation to launch, while liaising with customers and software delivery teams throughout.
- Experience defining and managing product backlogs and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Managing and governing business requests and demand pipeline, negotiating, timelines scope and competing needs and managing stakeholders.
- Ability to manage contracts, scope, and the commercial success of projects and teams.
- Providing support in responding to tenders and bids, along with identifying and qualifying potential opportunities for new client projects.
- Strong organisational, presentation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and guide key stakeholders.
- A passion for product management and the broader digital and technology landscape, with a drive and determination to continually learn and develop.
