Immerse LDN is dedicated to showcasing world-class immersive experiences and original productions across brand-new, purpose-built venues in the heart of London’s Royal Docks – all set against the stunning backdrop of ExCeL London’s waterfront.

Following our continued investment and expansion, ExCeL London Hospitality is proud to have successfully launched the Waterfront Street Kitchen & Bar as part of the Immerse LDN development. This vibrant street food dining destination has already become a guest favourite, offering a fresh and modern dining experience in a casual, contemporary space, perfectly positioned on our unique Royal Docks waterfront.

Due to this ongoing success, we are expanding our team and are looking for experienced Bar Staff to join us.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests, delivering exceptional service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks.
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
• Keep the bar fully stocked, organized, and clean at all times.
• Handle transactions accurately using our POS system.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in line with company and legal guidelines.
• Assist in creating new drinks and seasonal menu offerings.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
