Senior Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce) Shopify | Healthcare (Hiring Immediately)
SIBIE LTD Holding Group
Sibie Ltd is a healthcare group. We are an innovative company rapidly expanding our services to all of the UK, Europe, the USA, and the Gulf region. We are a preferred partner for several leading healthcare organisations due to the high quality of our products and services.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, UK-based Senior Digital Marketing Manager who is ready to step up into a Head of Marketing role. Working from our Hammersmith, London office, you will set the marketing strategy, lead our team, and own the growth of our online pharmacy and healthcare e-commerce brands, from Shopify and performance marketing to retention, content and analytics.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Team Leadership: Set the marketing strategy and direction in line with market trends, competitors and business goals. Lead, guide and develop the marketing team, set clear priorities and KPIs, and turn strategy into action.
- Shopify & E-commerce Management: Full ownership of our Shopify e-commerce stores, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.) and landing page optimisation.
- Performance Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, managing significant budgets to scale growth while improving CAC and ROAS. Ensure all campaigns comply with UK healthcare and online pharmacy advertising rules (ASA, MHRA) and with Meta and Google pharmacy ad policies.
- Retention & Email: Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using Klaviyo, in line with UK GDPR and consent requirements.
- Copywriting & Content: Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions and email campaigns, ensuring healthcare claims are accurate and compliant.
- Data Analysis: Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey.
- Stakeholder & Freelancer Management: Report directly to the CEO with clear plans and results, and manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager or similar, leading and managing a marketing team, and ready to step up into a Head of Marketing role.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic thinker who understands the market, spots opportunities and turns them into clear plans for the team.
- Shopify Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling an e-commerce brand, with measurable results.
- Paid Ads: Hands-on management of Meta and Google Ads budgets.
- Email Automation: Hands-on experience building Klaviyo flows.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO, PPC and GA4.
- English: Native-level fluency in English, essential for high-level communication and copywriting.
- Industry Experience: Experience marketing healthcare or online pharmacy products is a strong advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Location: Based in the UK and able to work onsite at our Hammersmith, London office.
- Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Availability: Able to join immediately preferably.
Benefits
Career Growth: This role offers a clear path to Head of Marketing for the right candidate.
