🌱 We’re Hiring: Part-Time FOH/Baristas

Location:
- Primarily Leytonstone
- Flexibility to work at Forest Gate (‘The Arches’) when needed

Pay:
- Starts at £13.00/hr (negotiable based on experience & enthusiasm)

✨ What You’ll Do

• ✅ Keep things running smoothly in the shop: Uphold our specialty coffee standards and show an eagerness to learn from your colleagues and take pride in your work
• ✅ Work closely with management to develop your skills as a FOH member
• ✅ Create meaningful connections, recognising how hospitality and a great cup of coffee can positively change someone’s day
• ✅ Contribute to a welcoming space, making guests feel at home and eager to return
• ✅ Engage with customers to share knowledge, inspire appreciation for speciality coffee, and enhance brand loyalty
• ✅ Show a genuine interest in sourdough and a willingness to learn

🛠️ Desirable Experience

• ✅ Knowledge of how FOH (Front of House) works is desirable as is some experience within specialty coffee
• ✅ Ability to make connections with customers

Work-life balance:
- No late nights
- Both sites open Tuesday to Sunday
- Leytonstone: 08:30–16:30
- Forest Gate: 08:00–15:30
