Fund Finance Associate, London - Elite US law firm (NQ-3 PQE)
Our Client
An elite US law firm, featuring market-leading award-winning Partners and the most prestigious client, seeks an Associate to join its renowned Fund Financing team in London. This role is ideal for candidates at NQ to 3 PQE, offering exposure to the highest-profile, cross-border transactions.
The position involves advising on fund financing facilities, including syndicated and bilateral structures such as manager/GP facilities, private fund bridge/capital call facilities, and asset-backed/NAV facilities.
Clients include tier one international fund sponsors, banks and financial institutions, and borrowers.

NQ-3PQE Qualified lawyer from a leading Fund Finance finance team in London.
Excellent academics.
NQ-3PQE is guidance only and we would welcome applications from lawyers who are outside that range, as would the client.
Given the time of year bonus buyouts are considered or potentially the client is happy to wait for selected candidate to pick up their bonus next year.
