The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Property Litigation Partner into their City of London office.

• Real Estate and Litigation are both core practice areas for the firm, of which they have an outstanding reputation, they are continuing to climb the legal 500 year on year.
• You will work with the other partners to drive the departments strategy for growth, you will be involved in the direction of the department, as well as overseeing and mentoring more juniors' members of the team.
• You will deal with both HNW residential and commercial properties.
• The scope of work is broad making for an interesting caseload. The caseload will include; Disputes involving lease renewals, rent arrears, dilapidations, possession claims, boundary disputes, rights of way, restrictive covenants, service charge disagreements, break notices, adverse possession, and landlord-tenant disputes.
• You will be a Property Litigation Partner with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
