About the Role

The Insight and Communications Specialist will play a key role in translating data into actionable insights and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with customers and stakeholders. You will develop thought leadership content, support internal and external communications, and create materials that enhance customer engagement and adoption. This role is essential in positioning ECA’s products and services as market leaders and driving long-term customer success.

Requirements

Key responsibilities:

  • Content creation and thought leadership:
    • Develop high-impact content including white papers, survey reports, case studies, and success stories.
    • Support GTM initiatives by creating launch materials, feature guides, and campaign assets.
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to tailor messaging for different customer segments.

  • Insight generation and data storytelling:
    • Identify research opportunities aligned with customer challenges and industry trends.
    • Collect and analyse data, then translate it into actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
    • Create narratives that clearly communicate the practical value of ECA’s solutions to customers and prospects.
    • Ensure outputs tell compelling, data-driven stories tailored to key customer segments.

  • Internal and external communications:
    • Support the development of onboarding toolkits, training guides, and other customer enablement resources.
    • Produce thought leadership content that addresses customer pain points and showcases ECA’s expertise.

  • Content innovation and scalability:
    • Experiment with innovative content formats (e.g., interactive dashboards, visual storytelling) to enhance audience engagement.
    • Assist with the design and management of a new platform for ECA’s global mobility survey data.
    • Leverage tools like generative AI and visualisation platforms to increase content efficiency and impact.
    • Establish content frameworks and templates to ensure consistency and scalability.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, data storytelling, or communications within a B2B environment.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret large datasets to generate clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, engaging content.
  • Understanding of research methodology and best practices, including sampling, survey logic, and bias mitigation.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools, survey platforms, visualisation platforms, and generative AI tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful content.
