Sales Progressor Clapham

Location: Clapham
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 OTE
Hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
● Take ownership of up to 80 agreed sales and responsibility for their completion.
● Forecast with senior management and report on weekly/ monthly figures.
● Drive timescales, identify risks and keep every deal on track.
● Tackle obstacles head on including surveys and renegotiations.
● Provide clear communication to both buyer and seller.
● Build strong relationships with local solicitors and third parties.
● Attend meetings with other Sales Support Managers.
● Maximise additional service opportunities and referrals.
Requirements and Skills:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency.
● Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
● Persistent, tenacious, and able to perform under pressure.
● A proactive problem solver with a positive approach.
● Able to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.
● Resilient, persistent and confident working towards targets.
● Clear communicator who enjoys relationship building.
● Collaborative team player, focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience that
drives repeat business and referrals.
