September 2025 - July 2026. Full time, Monday to Friday. What skills and experience do you need as a Teaching Assistant - Aspiring Teacher A graduate, 1st Class or 2:1 Strong A Levels and GCSEs across the board - especially in your chosen subject specialism An evident passion for inspiring young people - this must come across during interview A general understanding of potential routes into teaching - but you don't need to know everything Resilience, Can-Do Attitude & Positive Demeanour - Teaching and Teaching Assistant roles are tough, but rewardingThat's all you need - Experience like tutoring, mentoring, summer camps or childcare is a bonus but not essential. Most important is your desire to make an impact.
