Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Graduate Scheme

With 100 expert consultants across seven UK offices, we place over 1,500 candidates annually, helping ambitious organisations build winning teams.

Step into recruitment with confidence. As an Associate Consultant, you'll join our coveted Pathway Programme, a structured, three-month training journey designed to turn graduates into recruitment professionals. This is a hands-on, entry-level role: no prior recruitment experience required…just your drive, curiosity and passion for business.

What You'll Do (Month 1-3)

Comprehensive Training:

* Master the end-to-end recruitment process, from job-brief to offer.

* Learn key systems (Bullhorn CRM, Microsoft 365) and best practices.

* Understand market sectors, candidate assessment and professional engagement.

On-the-Job Shadowing:

* Work alongside experienced Consultants on live vacancies.

* Support sourcing, shortlist creation and candidate outreach.

* Observe client calls and business development meetings.

Practical Assignments:

* Complete real-world tasks (in-tray exercises, role-plays, CV reviews).

* Receive regular feedback to refine your approach.

Assessment & Promotion:

After three months, you'll be evaluated on performance, initiative and learning.

Successful candidates are promoted to Consultant, taking on client-facing and business development responsibilities.
