Overview
Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a London based Sales Manager (UK, Ireland & Scotland) to lead and coach our United Kingdom and Ireland Channel and Sales Team. This role will be responsible for directly leading a team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Reps (SDRs), owning the sales strategy and execution, and will work closely with the European Sales Director to achieve and exceed common sales growth goals. Our team of professionals, sells to and through a channel of resellers and end users, experience dealing with Security and/or IT Resellers/Integrators is preferred. This position is a key leadership role for our company and is counted on to lead and produce new sales growth while growing and developing the team. The Sales Manager reports to the European Sales Director.
Responsibilities
- Hire and Build a formidable team of Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Reps (SDRs)
- Continuously coach, motivate, and focus the team to improve and exceed goals
- Develop the UK, Ireland & Scotland Sales plan in conjunction with team members and leadership
- Manage resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Manage execution of the UK, Ireland & Scotland sales/growth plan through monthly reviews
- Travel extensively within the region to customer sites and industry events promoting and expanding Eagle Eye’s presence, image, and revenue while coaching team members
- Build strong relationships with key partners executives
- Exceed sales goals
- Develop expertise in Eagle Eye's solutions
- Manage sales forecasts, team sales metrics, and CRM proficiency and usage
- Collaborate with the marketing team on regional marketing initiatives
Desired Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of People Management experience with 3+ years in sales leadership
- Considerable experience working with Resellers (channel) and End Users
- Experience selling and leading in a CRM environment
- Superior presentation skills presenting to large and small groups
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
- Have a deep understanding and skill in deal making, understand our commercial offerings and tailor them to meet our Resellers/customers needs
- Availability to travel >50% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Located in the London area
