About The Role
We’re looking for an Events and Community Executive to join our Marketing team and deliver outstanding local events and community initiatives across BrewDog Bars.
This is a full-time, field-based role covering the South of the UK, with regular travel - particularly around London.
You’ll be the link between our national marketing campaigns and the unique character of each bar, making sure every activation lands with local relevance and brand impact. From planning in-bar launches and community-focused events, to managing suppliers, logistics, and post-event reporting, you’ll be driving footfall, engagement, and unforgettable customer experiences.
You’ll work closely with Operations Managers, General Managers, and our central marketing team to align activity, share insight, and ensure every event reflects our brand standards. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, loves hospitality, and can take an event from concept to success.
About You
You’ll bring experience in marketing or events - ideally in hospitality or retail - and a proven ability to coordinate activations across multiple sites. You understand what makes a great brand experience and how to deliver it in a way that engages customers and builds community.
You will also:
Be highly organised, practical, and proactive
Have strong project coordination skills and excellent communication
Be confident using digital tools (Google Drive, Canva, email platforms)
Be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Have a good grasp of social media trends and customer engagement techniques
Be collaborative, dependable, and able to work independently when needed
Be willing to travel regularly, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends during events
THE BREWDOG CHARTER
IT'S ALL ABOUT BEER. NO COMPRISE | We make every BrewDog experience the best it can be.
CREATIVITY IS OUR UNFAIR ADVANTAGE | New beers. New ideas. New standards.
WE DO MORE IN A DAY THAN OTHERS DO IN A WEEK | You get more done when you do it together.
WE LISTEN. WE LEARN | No egos, just honesty and transparency.
WITHOUT US WE ARE NOTHING | We play to win, and we have fun while we're doing it.
