Senior Contract Manager
• Full operational responsibility for a large static site
• Managing engineering teams, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ownership of service delivery, compliance, and client relationships
• Full P&L responsibility for the contract
• Driving KPI performance and contract growth opportunities Requirements:
• Technical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Previous experience in Contract Management within FM/building services
• Strong leadership and client management skills
• Commercially astute with P&L experience Package:
