The Role

• Approach and source potential candidates via LinkedIn
• Guiding candidates through the interview process
• Account management
• Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads
• Closing business deals
• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates

The Requirements

• Degree Educated OR B2B Sales experience (One of the two required)
• MUST be prepared to pick up the phones
• Confident and outgoing personality
• Tenacious attitude
• Ambitious character with clear career goals
• Competitive nature / Sporting background
