Location: London- Canary Wharf
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday only

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations

• Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff

• Prepare fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard

• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

• Previous experience in a similar role or a strong Chef de Partie ready to progress

• A passion for food and attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A reliable and positive attitude
