Digital Content & Marketing Executive (Video-Led)
Job description
Digital Content & Marketing Executive (Video-Led)
(Full Time)
About Us
We’re a growing digital marketing agency specialising in content-led social media and digital marketing for ambitious brands. Our focus is on creating meaningful, high-quality content that performs, not just posting for the sake of it.
We’re a small, fast-moving team, which means you’ll have genuine responsibility from day one, real creative input, and the opportunity to shape how content is created and delivered across the agency as we grow.
The Role
We’re looking for a video-first digital marketer who can confidently plan, create, edit and distribute content across social platforms, while also supporting wider marketing activity across the business.
This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on short-form video, social performance, and execution. You’ll be comfortable working independently, organised in your approach, and collaborative in how you work alongside the wider team.
If you enjoy turning ideas into content, spotting what’s working on social, and refining it to perform even better, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Video
- Edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
- Repurpose long-form video (podcasts, interviews, brand content) into high-performing short-form clips
- Assist on client shoots where required (setup, capture support, content planning)
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practice
- Manage content libraries, file organisation, naming conventions and version control
- Stay up to date with social trends, formats, audio and platform changes
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Support content planning and content calendars for client accounts
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
- Assist with email marketing campaigns (setup, basic copy support, scheduling)
- Support internal marketing for the agency (social channels, announcements, case studies)
- Handle light admin and coordination tasks related to content delivery
- Support business development activity where needed (content assets, proposals, case studies)
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- 1–2+ years’ experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing
- Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar)
- A solid understanding of what makes content perform on social platforms
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a small agency environment where no two days are the same
- Experience filming content (even if not a full videographer)
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms
- Experience working with multiple brands or clients
- Interest in social trends, storytelling, and performance-led content
Benefits:
- Salary: £26,500 - £28,000 per Annum
- Full-time, permanent position
- Hybrid / flexible working
- Opportunity to grow with the agency and shape the role long-term
- Exposure to a wide range of clients and industries
- Real responsibility, creative freedom, and room to develop your skillset
