Learning and Assessment Administrator (5 month fixed term)

We are recruiting a Learning & Assessment Administrator to join an established and highly regarded professional membership organisation in Central London. This is an initial five-month fixed-term contract , with the possibility of continuing beyond this depending on business requirements. Working within a friendly and busy Education & Learning team, you'll provide high-quality administration supporting learners throughout the learning, examination and assessment process. We're looking for someone who is highly organised, computer savvy, quick to learn and confident using databases and systems . Previous experience within education, examinations, assessment, a membership organisation or similar environment would be particularly useful. What will you be doing?
You'll provide varied administrative and systems support, including:
- Responding to learner and stakeholder enquiries by telephone and email
- Supporting online examinations and assessments
- Uploading candidate data and assessment materials
- Maintaining accurate records across CRM and assessment systems
- Resolving learner access and platform queries
- Processing assessment entries, postponements, withdrawals and absences
- Supporting requests for reasonable adjustments and other assessment requirements
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating with examiners and other external stakeholders
- Tracking tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
- Processing invoices, payments and associated administration
- Working with Excel spreadsheets, reports and data
- Producing reports and statistics from internal systems
- Handling confidential and sensitive information securely
- Supporting the wider team during busy assessment periods
- At least two years' administrative experience
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience using a CRM, database or similar business system
- Microsoft Dynamics experience would be advantageous but isn't essential
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data-processing skills
- Strong organisation, planning and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence dealing with customers or stakeholders in a busy environment
- The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- A proactive approach and the confidence to ask questions when needed
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while remaining calm under pressure
- £28,000 per annum
- Initial 5-month fixed-term contract , with potential to extend
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm
- Hybrid working: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home , with some flexibility required according to business needs
