What You'll Do :

• Collaborate with Accounts: Be the main point of contact for key accounts, building growth plans that focus on optimal cost and performance.
• Report KPIs: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with the wider business to drive improvements.

• Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Forecasting Collaboration: Work closely with customers and brand teams to optimise stock levels and enhance forecasting processes.

• Cost to Serve Management: Ensure delivery costs are optimal for customers while achieving excellent KPI results.
• Drive Efficiency Projects: Identify opportunities to improve current operations, enhancing efficiency without compromising service quality.

What You Bring :

• Experience: Proven experience in a consumer-driven environment, with a solid understanding of Customer Supply Chain.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.

• Networking Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong networks with internal and external stakeholders.
• Commercial Acumen: A customer-centric approach with a drive for success and a knack for influencing at various levels.
