Associate / Associate Director to Lead Healthcare Teams
Location: London (1 day wfh)
Salary: c 60,000– 70,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Lead healthcare projects from concept to completion, managing all RIBA stages.
- Manage and mentor teams of architects and designers, ensuring high–quality outputs.
- Maintain hands–on proficiency in Revit, as required, to support project delivery.
- Confidently lead client and stakeholder meetings, providing clear design direction.
- Oversee on–site activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants.
- Proactively contribute to business growth candidates with experience in securing new projects may be eligible for a bonus.
Requirements:
- ARB–registered Architect with significant experience in UK healthcare projects.
- Proven experience across all RIBA stages.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, with a willingness to work hands–on when required.
- Demonstrable leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
- Self–motivated, proactive, and capable of contributing to a growing practice.
- Experience in business development is highly desirable candidates are encouraged to highlight this in their application.
