What you'll do
You’ll assist with cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for live projects while helping to prepare estimates, measurements, and tender documents. You’ll support the monitoring of project spend and overall financial performance, working closely with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure value for money. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to report writing, contract administration, and commercial decision‑making, all while studying towards a Level 4 Construction Quantity Surveying Technician that combines practical experience with structured learning.

What we're looking for
For our Level 4 Apprenticeship, you’ll need A Levels or equivalent, typically 2 A Levels. This programme is designed for those looking to step into higher-level roles that demand specialised knowledge and increased responsibility.
You will be enrolled on the Level 4 Construction Quantity Surveying Technician . A structured programme lasting approximately 36 months.
