We are looking for a brilliant Talent Recruiter seeking an exciting new challenge to help us resource, attract, screen and onboard fantastic hospitality teams. This is a great opportunity to join our exceptional Talent & Recruitment team at Harts Group in London, supporting our restaurants and new openings across the group.

Harts Group is a community of talented individuals creating award-winning food, drink and industry-leading hospitality. Our portfolio includes 15 restaurants across the following brands: Barrafina, Parrillan, Quo Vadis, El Pastor Restaurants, The Drop, Two Drops, El Siete and Bar Daskal.

The Internal Recruiter / Talent Resourcer role

• Under the supervision of our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will work as part of our Talent team, recruiting across our restaurants and new hospitality projects.

• Experience recruiting and resourcing for at least 2 years (ideally within hospitality, restaurants or service-led environments)

• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and people-focused recruitment

• Experience managing and processing a high volume of applications

• Comfortable multitasking and recruiting across multiple brands and roles

• Highly organised with strong attention to administrative detail

• A kind, warm and welcoming communication style

• Representing Harts Group at careers fairs and hospitality industry events

• Acting as an ambassador for Harts Group and its brands at all times

• A respectful, collaborative approach with colleagues and candidates

• Confident conducting phone and video interviews

• Strong time management skills and ability to work at pace

• Good level of spoken and written English

• Be the face of a brand known for its warmth, hospitality and conviviality

• A strong team ethic, with the ability to develop, nurture and inspire others
