We also looking for a Retail Beauty Advisor & Therapist for our store in Marylebone and Notting Hill !

📍 243 Westbourne Grove, London W11 2SE London (Notting Hill)

We’re building our future teams and looking for passionate, skincare-obsessed talents to join us from now  !

The official opening dates are still being finalised, but don’t worry, training will start from July in our established London stores in Chelsea, Notting Hill and Marylebone , so you’re fully ready when the doors open.

 For Shoreditch & Marylebone boutiques :

• 1 Retail & Skincare Expert and/or Facialist - Full time positions available (39 hours/week minimum)

For Islington boutique :

• 1 Retail & Skincare Expert - Full time positions available (39 hours/week minimum)

• Monthly commission based on turnover achieved

• One weekend off per month (except in December)

✨ Your missions :

• Provide a range of luxury facials 💆 (only if the candidate holds at least the LVL 2 Beauty diploma) :

1. Oh My Cream Skincare - Plumping Facial : A complete treatment incorporating facialist techniques, ideal for illuminating, plumping, and smoothing the skin.
2. Dermalogica Proskin : A 100% personalised face care made with ultra-concentrated professional products to solve all your skin problems.
3. Dermalogica - Hydrafacial Treatment : A treatment combining deep cleansing, advanced exfoliation, and LEDs for transformed skin.
4. Tata Harper : A 100% organic cabin experience. Aromatic and ultra-sensory, Tata Harper treatments replenish and erase the signs of age as well as signs of fatigue.

• Personalized customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range of products : Sales advice and development of customer loyalty through attentive and personalized service

• Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Lead masterclasses and in-store events , creating engaging customer experiences

• Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well-stocked

• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages

• Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations
