The Role
The Business Teacher will:
- Deliver engaging, practical, and real-world-focused lessons across Key Stages 3-5, covering core business concepts and strategic management.
- Guide students through case studies, business simulations, and project-based learning.
- Cultivate an understanding of financial literacy, marketing strategies, and ethical business practices.
- Contribute to departmental activities, including enterprise clubs and industry mentorship programmes.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a qualified Business Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) who:
- Possesses a strong passion for business and entrepreneurship.
- Is an exceptional communicator, able to bridge academic theory with practical application.
- Demonstrates a proven ability to inspire commercial acumen, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
