We're a dynamic company specialising in luxury event styling, and kitchen studio spaces , known for our creativity, attention to detail, and warm, collaborative culture.
We're looking for a Logistics & Operations Manager to take the lead in making sure every order runs seamlessly - from our warehouse to the client's table and back again. This is a hands-on, people-focused role perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do
Oversee and organise all delivery and collection logistics, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency
Communicate directly with clients to confirm timings, resolve scheduling issues, and provide excellent service
Lead and support the driver and warehouse teams, promoting clear communication and accountability
Step in with warehouse operations when needed - including picking, packing, loading, deliveries, and returns
Manage outsourced delivery and cleaning partners, ensuring reliability and value
Oversee vehicle checks, maintenance, and compliance
Produce weekly operational reports on fulfilment, delivery performance, and costs
What We're Looking For
Essential
Proven experience in logistics and operations management
Strong organisational and communication skills, with a client-first attitude
Full UK driving licence and confidence driving vans across London and surrounding areas
Hands-on, collaborative approach - willing to support the team wherever needed
Experience managing delivery schedules, drivers, or third-party suppliers
Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail
Confident using digital systems (e.g. Monday.com, Booqable, Google Workspace, route planning tools)
Desirable
Experience in the events, logistics, or rental industry
Knowledge of route optimisation or operational reporting tools
