Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

About the Role
We are looking for a well-organised and proactive Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating work schedules, supporting the office team, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate Fire Damper, Ventilation Hygiene Cleaning and Grease Extract works.
Liaise professionally with clients and field operatives to ensure jobs are planned and completed efficiently.
Manage and maintain work schedules, responding to changes and priorities as required.
Prepare and distribute post-clean reports.
Update and manage schematics and related documentation.
Complete invoicing spreadsheets accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
Handle client queries and complaints effectively, escalating where appropriate.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in scheduling, planning or office administration.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Excellent communication skills, including a clear and professional telephone manner.
Confidence in dealing with clients, colleagues and contractors.
A positive, personable attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
The ability to work independently, use initiative and self-manage when required.
Strong multitasking skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
A willingness to learn and develop within the role.
Reliable attendance and excellent punctuality.
