Sales Assistant (Part Time)

This is a part-time position for 3 days a week. Overview of the role and responsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, working in line with brand objectives and KPIs
Resolve operational and customer issues efficiently, following company policies and procedures
Provide feedback on store performance, operations, and opportunities for improvement
Support the achievement of sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
Handle cash and card transactions in accordance with company guidelines
Support stock management processes, including deliveries, transfers, and inventory control
Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring a clean, organised environment in line with visual merchandising guidelines
Act as a positive role model, contributing to a collaborative and motivated team environment
Support the training, coaching, and development of team members where required
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Previous experience in a retail environment, ideally within a premium or luxury setting
Experience supporting, motivating, or working collaboratively within a team
Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
A proactive and adaptable approach, with a focus on driving results
