Vivienne Westwood is currently seeking an Sales Assistant to join our team at our Conduit store location. This is a part-time position for 3 days a week.

Overview of the role and responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, working in line with brand objectives and KPIs

  • Resolve operational and customer issues efficiently, following company policies and procedures

  • Provide feedback on store performance, operations, and opportunities for improvement

  • Support the achievement of sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

  • Handle cash and card transactions in accordance with company guidelines

  • Support stock management processes, including deliveries, transfers, and inventory control

  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring a clean, organised environment in line with visual merchandising guidelines

  • Act as a positive role model, contributing to a collaborative and motivated team environment

  • Support the training, coaching, and development of team members where required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment, ideally within a premium or luxury setting

  • Experience supporting, motivating, or working collaboratively within a team

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience

  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a focus on driving results
