SEND Team:
The SENCO leads on SEND provision across the school, working closely with staff, parents and external agencies to ensure effective support for students with additional needs.
Requirements
• Qualified SENCO status (or willingness to complete qualification)
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice
• Experience supporting students with diverse needs
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage EHCP processes
• Commitment to inclusive education
