Growth Lead (Business Development / creative agency)

£55,000 – £65,000 + Bens

This is an incredible opportunity to join a prestigious and renowned brand experience agency with specialisms in experiential, production and strategy and partners that include some of the most loved brands in the World including Playstation and Nike.

This new position in the agency suits someone with excellent experience in the creative agency world and a track record of driving growth, building high value relationships and securing opportunities. You will need to be super dynamic and brilliant at building lasting client relationships aswell as having demonstrable knowledge of cultural insights (fashion, cosmetics, lifestyle).

Working closely with the Founder, you will also be heavily involved in daily collaborations with other departments such as client services and strategy.

Some of your day to day will include:

→ Lead on growth opportunities - taking ownership of the new business pipeline, from initial contact and qualification through to pitch and conversion.

→ Uncover and develop opportunities - working with the Founder and SLT’s to nurture relationships with prospects, industry connectors, and brand decision makers.

→ Create winning responses - Leading the development of high-impact proposals, RFIs, creds decks, and pitch presentations.

→ Be a key face of the agency - Representing the agency externally with clarity and confidence, at meetings, events, and industry gatherings.

Important things about you;

Min 5 years experience in a creative agency environment – ideally in a business development role, but we would also consider a commercial minded Client Services person or Strategist!

You MUST be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of generating leads through to successful pitch and onboarding

Be able to speak fluently and passionately about current trends and insights in lifestyle, beauty, fashion etc

The stunning offices are in Shoreditch and the agency has a 3 day office policy (Tues, Wed and Thursday).
