About Us
JD Healthcare Group is one of the UK's leading fertility and reproductive healthcare providers, operating brands including London Women's Clinic, London Egg Bank, London Sperm Bank, KindIVF, Surrey Park Women's Clinic and Elective Egg Freezing across the United Kingdom. Since 1985, we have been supporting individuals and families through some of the most significant journeys of their lives — combining world-class clinical expertise with genuine human care. Everything we do is driven by a shared purpose: helping people build the families they dream of.
About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our fertility clinic team and play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centred care. You'll be the steady, reassuring presence patients rely on — supporting clinical procedures, maintaining a safe environment, and making sure every person who walks through our doors feels in good hands. This is a hands-on, varied role that sits right at the heart of our clinical team. If you're passionate about women's health and fertility care and want your work to truly matter, this is the role for you.
What You Will Do
Prepare and maintain the clinical environment to the highest safety standards before and after patient procedures
Assist with a range of fertility procedures including egg collection, embryo transfer, donor insemination, HyCoSy/Aqua scans, endometrial biopsy and cyst aspiration
Perform phlebotomy and chaperone patients during scans and clinical appointments (clinic dependant)
Communicate with patients with warmth and professionalism via telephone, email and video call
Accurately maintain patient records in line with clinic policy and HFEA guidance, ensuring confidentiality at all times
Liaise with the administration team to support smooth appointment coordination
Take ownership of your own professional development, completing required competencies and maintaining BLS certification

English language GCSE (or equivalent)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and patient-centred approach
Strong administrative and record-keeping skills with solid IT proficiency
