As a Technical Services Consultant in our EMEA Services Team, you'll work with enterprise customers to design and execute transformational SEO and content strategies that drive business outcomes.

Based in London, you'll lead structured discovery engagements, develop strategic roadmaps, and guide customers in building scalable operating models that embed SEO and content strategy into their broader digital marketing ecosystem. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure strategic alignment, accelerate time-to-value, and support long-term customer growth within the Enterprise segment.

The Work

• Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers
• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and content maturity
• Design scalable governance frameworks and operating models
• Facilitate executive workshops and prioritization sessions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic continuity
• Contribute to internal playbooks and consulting frameworks

What You Need

• 8+ years in digital strategy, SEO, content consulting, or related roles
• Proven experience in structured discovery and strategic roadmap development
• Strong expertise in SEO, content strategy, and performance measurement
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills

Desirable

• Experience with enterprise-level SEO and content platforms
• Familiarity with AI-driven search trends and advanced analytics integrations
• Background in digital marketing consultancy or professional services
