The Role – Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions to support learners in core subjects.
• Assisting with lesson planning, resource creation, and classroom organisation .
• Supporting students with GCSE preparation , including revision strategies and academic mentoring.
• Working in collaboration with SEN and EAL teams to ensure tailored support for all learners.

• Taking part in extracurricular activities , revision sessions, or subject clubs.

Who We’re Looking For – Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant

This role is best suited to graduates who:

• Hold a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group university in a core subject such as Maths, English, or Science .
• Are academically strong, organised, and passionate about education.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude .
• Have a genuine interest in teaching or working in the education sector.
• Feel confident working with secondary-aged pupils and are eager to make a difference.
