We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic executive to join the RLAM digital marketing team. This role is ideally suited to an individual looking to begin their career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of online marketing strategies within Asset Management.
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the team on website and social media content management. This is a production-oriented role where you will take on primary responsibility for our BAU website content management and supporting on social media post set up. You will also provide general administration support to the team when needed. This role is being offered on a permanent basis in London and will report into the Head of Digital Marketing.

About the role
Website content creation and management
- Assist in building engaging content for our website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Building of weekly blog and article pages to showcase our thought leadership, podcast, video and webinar content.
- Ad hoc web page content updates.
- Uploading of PDF documents to our various websites and managing the relevant taxonomy.
Email marketing:
- Building marketing emails using existing templates.
Social media management:
- Creation of social media cards.
- Setting up and scheduling social posts in Hootsuite.
- Analytics
About you
- A good understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) desirable.
- Ability to identify and escalate risks to senior management effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent administrative skills, including mailbox management and activity logging.
- Competence in following established processes.
- Proficiency in any foreign language is a plus.
