About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London The Westminster as a Receptionist . In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, and providing information and assistance. Your friendly and professional demeanour will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and the rest of the team.
What You’ll Do
Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner ensuring guests’ satisfaction is always reached.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date guests’ records and reports.
Collaborating with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience is delivered.

Gross annual salary: £29'707
Annual leave: 28 days per year (Including public holidays).
