Local Authority Housing, Voids Supervisor, South East London
Pay rate to £24.28 per hour
Contract role, Local Authority Housing Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Housing Voids Supervisor in South East London.
You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing Department.
Purpose of Job:
To be responsible to the Voids Repairs Manager or Assistant Voids Repairs Manager for:
- i) The safe, efficient, timely and value-for-money turnaround of void properties, managing:
- ii) Manage up to sixteen DLO tradespersons (working in teams of one to four).
- iv) A combination of DLO teams and contractors.
- A Dedicated consultant who has access to all roles across the UK and is available for you to speak to
- An easy registration process (all done online)
- Referral schemes and incentives
- Ongoing compliance managed for you
- Prompt and reliable payroll and lots more.
