The RoleWorking as a mobile engineer, you'll attend a variety of commercial sites carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and ventilation systems. Typical duties include: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)Reactive maintenance and breakdown responseFault finding and diagnosticsAir conditioning servicingVentilation system maintenanceAir Handling Unit (AHU) servicing, including filter and belt replacementRefrigerant leak detection, pressure testing, repair and rechargeSystem performance checks and control adjustmentsCompleting job reports using a mobile field management systemProviding professional customer updates on siteParticipation in a shared out-of-hours call rotaEvery day offers a varied mix of maintenance, repairs and technical problem-solving, with work carefully scheduled to balance travel, customer requirements and engineer expertise.
