Hourly Manager

What you'll do:
- Lead Shift Operations: Ensure our restaurant meets Raising Cane’s high standards, manage cash handling, and direct Crewmembers during your shift.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the restaurant clean and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to our customers and utilise reward and recognition programmes for your team.
- Manage Tasks and Priorities: Work independently and collaboratively, recognising problems, setting goals, and executing plans to solve them.
What you'll need:
- Experience: 1+ years in restaurant or retail management.
- Skills: Strong communication, organisation, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Education: GCSEs or equivalent preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older.
