  • Connect business needs with HR centres of expertise (e.g., L&D, ER, Resourcing)

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior HR/People Business Partnering role
  • Commercial and/or regulated sector background (care, retail, hospitality ideal)
  • Strong influencing and communication skills at senior levels
  • Analytical mindset, confident with interpreting people data
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience

Why Anchor?

  • Remote & flexible working
  • Meaningful work with real social impact
  • Generous annual leave and pension scheme
  • Health & wellbeing support
  • A collaborative and inclusive culture
