Head of MarTech & Growth - UK & Global (Hiring Immediately)

WIZE is the recognized quality leader in wealth and asset management software, trusted by 120+ financial institutions across 27 countries. Backed by Banyan Software, we are now launching in the UK — and looking for a Head of MarTech & Growth to build the technical and strategic engine behind WIZEs entire acquisition.

This is a hands-on role combining ownership of our marketing technology stack with direct accountability for growth outcomes: pipeline, conversion, and revenue in a brand-new market. You will work in lock-step with the UK Managing Director — together, you are building the demand generation engine that takes WIZEs UK entry from a standing start to a credible, self-sustaining growth motion that can be repeated on a global scale.

What You Will Do

Growth Strategy & Funnel Ownership

• Co-own go-to-market strategy for the UK launch and WIZEs wider international growth with the Managing Director — acquisition, conversion, and retention — as the first dedicated growth hire across the full acquisition engine, not just the UK market
• Own the lead-to-revenue funnel end-to-end, identifying and closing leverage points across marketing, sales, and customer success
• Set growth targets, build forecasting models, and report progress against pipeline and revenue goals

MarTech & Data Infrastructure

• Lead the implementation of HubSpot as WIZEs core marketing and growth platform, integrated with CRM, sales, and CS systems
• Own the full MarTech stack — selection, integration, and lifecycle management of CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and attribution tools
• Build automated workflows (lead scoring, nurture sequences, lifecycle triggers) that scale without adding manual overhead
• Bring AI into the funnel — lead scoring, conversational SDR agents, predictive signals — while ensuring GDPR/UK data privacy compliance and human-in-the-loop review

Market Expansion & Analytics

• Identify and prioritize UK segments using data: TAM/SAM sizing, customer fit scoring, and unit economics by segment
• Build attribution models and reporting frameworks that show what is actually driving pipeline and revenue
• Present data-backed growth and expansion recommendations to executive leadership quarterly, alongside the Managing Director

What You Bring

• 5+ years in growth, marketing operations, or RevOps, with hands-on ownership of a MarTech stack (HubSpot strongly preferred)
• A track record of building — not just running — a lead-to-revenue engine in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services technology — given the type of customers WIZE serves, this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have
• Experience implementing HubSpot from the ground up, not just administering an existing instance
• Comfort operating as a true build partner to a senior executive in a brand-new market
• Sharp analytical instincts and working fluency with AI-driven GTM tools, applied with a practical, ROI-driven approach
• A builders mindset — equally willing to architect a system and roll up sleeves to fix a broken workflow
