Project Manager

We are partnered with a highly regarded commercial fit out contractor with an exceptional reputation for delivering high-quality projects for high-profile clients across the UK.

With a strong pipeline of secured work, long standing client partnerships, and a significant amount of repeat business, the business is continuing to grow organically and is now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join the team.

The company is known for its collaborative, no-ego culture and is looking for driven individuals who enjoy working as part of a high performing team.

Projects are typically valued at £10m+ and the successful candidate will take ownership as either the No.1 Project Manager or No.2 to a Senior Project Manager depending on project size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

Leading commercial fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion
Supporting tender presentations and client interviews as part of the work-winning process
Driving programme and ensuring successful project delivery across all phases
Leading and coordinating site teams to ensure quality delivery and programme performance
Managing client relationships and maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
Identifying and mitigating project risks
Supporting and developing strong supply chain relationships
Working closely with commercial, design, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery
Maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality, and site performance

Requirements

Proven experience delivering commercial fit out/refurbishment projects
Experience managing projects valued at £10m+
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to lead projects independently or operate effectively as No.2 on larger schemes
Experience contributing to tenders, client presentations, and interviews
Strong understanding of programme management and project delivery
Collaborative approach with a no ego mentality
Passion for building long term client and supply chain partnerships
