Veterinary Surgeon

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon with advanced surgical and orthopaedic skills to join a progressive, independent practice in the Morden area. We're excited to be recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, independent veterinary group at their modern, purpose-built practice in Morden. This is a fantastic opportunity for a vet with a particular interest in advanced soft tissue surgery and orthopaedics to take on a varied caseload and work alongside a highly skilled team. You'll be joining a supportive environment where career development is actively encouraged. Many of the existing team are working towards or already hold certificates, and CPD is continuously invested in to help colleagues grow and progress. What's on offer:

This purpose-built, light and spacious practice is part of a larger, independent veterinary group with locations across the UK. You'll have access to the latest equipment and facilities, enabling you to deliver the highest standards of clinical care. The team prides itself on being collaborative, client-focused, and committed to supporting both professional growth and work-life balance. The role:

Full-time position (37 hours per week)
1:4 weekend rota
Focus on advanced surgery and orthopaedics, alongside general practice duties
Strong support team including experienced vets, RVNs, and non-clinical staff
