Surgical Focused Vet - Soft Tissue and Orthopaedics - Independent Practice
Veterinary Surgeon – South West London – Up to £75,000
We are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and customer-focused Veterinary Surgeon to join this well-established independent, family-run small animal practice in South West London .
About the role
This practice is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable Veterinary Surgeon to become a key member of the team, delivering excellence in clinical care and client service.
If you have a particular interest in advanced soft tissue surgery and orthopaedics, your expertise will be especially valued. You will be responsible for providing preventive services, treating sick and injured pets, and promoting overall pet wellbeing.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach are essential, as you will be working closely with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues. The role includes a 1:4 weekend rota .

This South West London practice has a passionate and supportive team, all committed to providing the highest standards of pet care. The surgery invests heavily in CPD, ensuring clinical team members are continuously developing their skills. Several members of the team have achieved or are working towards certificates in areas such as emergency & critical care and small animal surgery.
The practice is independent and family-run , purpose-built, light, spacious, and well-equipped with modern facilities. The team is supported by excellent non-clinical staff who ensure smooth day-to-day operations, allowing clinicians to focus on what they do best – caring for pets and their owners.
