Head of Partnerships + Community
Build the community and partnerships ecosystem of a next-generation wellness brand!
This is a chance to architect a community from scratch, to shape how a new wellness brand lives, breathes, and connects with the world.
Our client is a newly launched wellness facility designed as more than a destination. A space where physical environment, digital touch points, and human connection come together to support how people feel, live, and belong.
They are seeking a Head of Partnerships & Community to help define how this brand lives in the world - someone who sees community not as an audience, but as a network of meaningful relationships and shared experiences.
This is a foundational hire with real influence. The person stepping into this role will help shape the brand’s culture, partnerships, and member journey from day one.
The Basics:
● Salary: £55k-£65k + equity available
● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)
● Reporting to: Founding team
The Role...
The Head of Partnerships & Community will define how members, partners and the wider ecosystem experience the facility and its brand. Working closely with the founding team, this person will set the tone, culture, and community strategy while building strong external relationships that support long-term growth.
Event Ownership
Plan, produce, and host events and activations, both on-site and off-site, with a hands-on approach.
Design and deliver compelling, repeatable member experiences that build loyalty and engagement.
Capture insights from events to inform experience design, programming, and membership strategy.
Brand Partnerships:
Build and manage relationships with aligned wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle brands.
Own relationship management systems, ensuring strong engagement across partners and a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
Identify and nurture early advocates and loyal members, helping grow the community both in person and digitally.
Community Management:
Act as a brand representative and host for members, partners, press, and guests — including tours, storytelling, and feedback gathering.
Set the standard for front-facing experiences, leading by example in hospitality, service, and energy.
Represent the brand at external events, panels, and community gatherings.
The Person...
Must Have:
4-5 years’ experience in community, partnerships, brand, hospitality, or experiential roles.
Demonstrated founder mentality - high ownership, accountability, and pride in building from zero to one.
Comfortable investing time and energy beyond a traditional role when needed, particularly in early-stage environments.
A natural host: confident, warm, and credible representing a brand publicly.
Strong relationship-builder with experience managing external partners.
Sharp instincts for experience design and community-building.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Excellent communication skills and strong cultural intuition.
Nice to have:
Existing network across wellness, fitness, hospitality, culture, or lifestyle brands.
Experience supporting launches, openings, or high-profile moments.
