We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a strategic HR Manager to lead the people function at an Outstanding secondary academy in Camden. This role is a pivotal leadership position, overseeing the full employee lifecycle for a large and dedicated staff body within a high-achieving scholarly environment.

About the Role

  • Start Date: Immediate.

  • Contract: Full-time, permanent.

  • Lead on recruitment strategy, complex employee relations (ER), and performance management.

  • Ensure rigorous compliance with the Single Central Record (SCR) and safer recruitment.

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5 or above and proven HR management experience in a school or public sector setting.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, "human-like" approach to staff relations.

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary and Benefits Salary offered: £55,000 – £60,000 , with negotiation available for candidates with significant senior-level experience in similar secondary settings.
