Associate Consultant - Pensions Location: London (Hybrid- 2 days a week in the office)

You'll be part of a supportive team that values learning, collaboration and innovation - and there's full support to help you progress through PMI qualifications or other relevant exams.What you'll be doing:Supporting the delivery of consulting advice across scheme funding, governance, member communications, benefit changes and de-risking.Drafting clear, client-ready reports and presentations.Preparing for and attending trustee meetings (with coaching and support).Helping with pensions communications such as newsletters and benefit statements.Getting involved in current industry issues and supporting wider thought leadership and business development.Supporting good scheme governance and ensuring regulatory compliance.What we're looking for:Some experience in pensions - whether from admin, actuarial, investment or consulting background.Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to explain technical topics clearly.Solid Excel and Word skills and an analytical mindset.A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.Ideally, you'll be studying towards a professional qualification (PMI, actuarial or similar) - or keen to start.Why this role?You'll work with a broad client base and gain exposure across all areas of pensions consulting.Full training and structured progression plan.A friendly, non-hierarchical team culture.Hybrid working with a London base - typically 2 days in the office.If you're looking for a supportive place to build your pensions career, we'd love to hear from you.
