Procurement Recruitment Consultant FS Interim
InX Strat & Consulting – Financial Services Interim is seeking experienced and motivated Procurement Recruitment Consultants interested in both immediate and future opportunities. This role is centred on sourcing exceptional interim and contract talent within the procurement function for leading organisations in the Financial Services sector. Key Responsibilities – Financial Services Interim Procurement Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end interim and contract recruitment process for procurement roles within financial services clients.
- Develop and nurture professional networks of procurement specialists and leaders, with a focus on placing high-quality interim talent.
- Partner with clients to understand evolving procurement hiring needs and deliver strategic, tailored recruitment solutions.
- Advise and support clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and successful outcomes.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and collaborate with colleagues across Financial Services, Procurement, and Interim divisions.
Required Experience – Procurement, Interim Recruitment & Financial Services
- Demonstrable experience recruiting within procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, with a focus on interim or contract roles.
- Track record of working with financial services or closely regulated sectors is highly valued.
- Solid track record placing procurement professionals at mid to senior levels (e.g., Category Managers, Heads of Procurement, CPOs).
- Ability to build robust, trusted relationships with both clients and interim candidates.
- Experience sourcing and managing talent pipelines in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Core Skills – Strategic Recruitment & Procurement Expertise
- Excellent relationship management, advisory, and negotiation skills within the interim recruitment and procurement space.
- Strong organisational capabilities, able to prioritise and manage multiple client assignments simultaneously.
- Commercial acumen, with a consultative sales approach and keen understanding of financial services procurement dynamics.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset, suited to high-performing and diverse recruitment teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
