Biddable Account Manager
Location: London | Salary: £40,000 | Hybrid: 3 office days per week
Join a dynamic media network where media, creativity, data and technology come together to help ambitious brands grow. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in Paid Social and Paid Search to work across a portfolio of clients aiming for strong growth in 2026.
About the role
As a Biddable Account Manager, you'll lead paid search and paid social campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta and Reddit, while driving strategy and innovation across multiple accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading day-to-day paid search and paid social activity
- Defining what "great" looks like - and pushing beyond it
- Building business cases for expansion into new platforms, including LinkedIn
- Optimising campaigns and improving performance continuously
- Forecasting sales, seasonal peaks and key trading moments
- Overseeing tracking, reporting, insights and analysis
- Collaborating with clients and platform partners
- Driving internal performance improvements and tech innovation
About you
We're looking for someone who has:
- 2+ years' experience in biddable media (agency experience preferred)
- Strong paid search expertise with exposure to paid social (Meta essential)
- Experience managing multiple accounts and strategies
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with numbers and interpreting data
- Clear, articulate communication and client-facing skills
