HR Controlling & Reporting Specialist
Job Description
For our client, an internationally operating consumer-focused company with a strong global presence, we are looking for an HR Controlling & Reporting Specialist to join the global HR team.
This role sits at the intersection of HR, Finance, and Data Analytics, supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and workforce planning.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and manage HR KPIs, metrics, and analytics to support business decisions
- Monitor and analyze headcount, personnel costs, and variances (Actual vs Budget/Forecast)
- Drive HR planning and forecasting cycles in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and management
- Support month-end processes, accruals, and audit-related activities
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements, focusing on data quality and reporting efficiency
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or similar
- Min. 3 years of experience in HR Controlling in an international environment
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR data and reporting
- Experience in workforce planning and HR analytics
- Fluent English is required
