As a Casual Fitness Coach , you're not just coaching fitness classes - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day:- Lead engaging fitness classes: Deliver individual and group workouts that are motivating, effective, and tailored to a variety of fitness levels and goals
- Support safe exercise practice: Monitor guests during workouts to correct form, provide assistance, and answer questions as needed to support safe and effective fitness
- Maintain industry knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest exercise science, fitness trends, and instructional techniques to enhance the guest experience
- Support club operations: Conduct opening and closing procedures, assist with general club tasks, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment: Keep studios, locker rooms, equipment, and common areas clean and organized in compliance with health and safety standards
- Ensure facility safety: Assist in monitoring facility and equipment usage
