Contract Sales Manager
Location: UK (National Coverage)
Salary: £60,000 PA + Bonus + Benefits
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Simon Acres Recruitment is proud to represent a respected and growing business within the bathroom and interiors sector, seeking a Contract Sales Manager to drive commercial success across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the bathroom or wider KBB industry, looking to take the next step in their career with a company that values long-term growth and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow contract sales within the bathroom sector across the UK * Identify and convert new business opportunities within housebuilders, developers, contractors, and commercial clients * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and repeat business * Work closely with internal teams (design, logistics, customer service) to deliver project requirements efficiently * Produce accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making * Represent the business at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Proven experience in contract sales within the bathroom industry (or wider KBB sector) * A strong network of contacts within the developer or contractor market * Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * A self-motivated and proactive attitude * Ability to travel nationally as required What’s on Offer: * Competitive base salary * Performance-based bonus scheme * Company car or car allowance * Excellent opportunities for progression * Supportive and dynamic team culture If you're an ambitious sales professional looking to make an impact and grow your career within a reputable and forward-thinking company, we’d love to hear from you.
