Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Many of the patients seen within the team have complex issues related to multi-morbidity and you will be working alongside experts within the field of diabetes who are experienced and knowledgeable about the psychological impact of living with the condition. The team also has support from a consultant psychiatrist, with whom you will work closely to help manage and support the various levels of mental health needs within the diabetes patient cohort.
